Filter Column Rack - Deck

Konnis designed our filter column rack to be compatible with NAP-5 Sephadex G-25 gel columns or like filter columns.  The rack holds the filtration columns over a 24 position collection plate, or can be placed over an SBS trough to collection waste. It is compatible with the RoMa arm for easy movement on and off collection plate.  Fully automation friendly, SBS form factor allows multiples to be used directly on the deck where the filtration occurs.

A typical scenario would be to place the column rack over the waste station to do equilibration steps then have the RoMa arm move the rack over the collection plate.  The Liha pipettes samples into the columns for buffer exchange, the rack is moved back over the waste location and the Liha continues using the source material from the collection plate.
