Filter Tube Assembly – by Konnis

Konnis designed our filter tube assembly to be compatible with GE Healthcare PD-10 Desalting Columns. The top section holds the PD-10 columns for filtration. Beneath is a independent drawer assembly and optional collection reservoir with drain. The default drawer design holds a 24 position rack of 4 ml high recovery vials. This version supports the snap-on tube extendors and therefore is NOT SBS compatible. The drawer may be changed out without disruption of the filtration columns. This assembly in either the larger footprint or the SBS footprint, replaces the disposable cardboard holder cut from the storage box. Desalting Columns can be used for applications such as desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low-molecular weight compounds.
